I need to leave for work so I can leave early to get my train to DC!
Yesterday was a disaster. I felt better in the morning, kind of bad in the afternoon, and by the subway ride home I was a disaster. I was hot and cold, I was dizzy, I was nauseated.
Here’s what I ate:
Lunch
Afternoon snack
Dinner.
And after that I went to bed. I went to bed at 8 because I felt so awful I didn’t know what to do. I thought having toast with PB would make me feel a little better, but it did nothing.
I slept for a long time, I woke up at 5:30 this morning and I was pissed because there was so much I was supposed to do last night. I had to wash some clothes, charge my iPod, pack, clean the kitchen and I got none of it done. So at 5:30 I woke up and did some of it.
I didn’t do the 30 Day Shred this morning, I still feel dizzy and weird and I didn’t want to risk it with going away and all. So I’ll start again on Monday.
Here’s breakfast:
I didn’t want to eat, but I thought I should.
So I’m off to work in a minute. Then I’m going to leave work about 12:15 since my train is at 1:10. I either have to take a 5 min break from work and run and get lunch or try to get lunch on my way to the train. I also want to stop at Borders and buy a book since I have a coupon. It’s going to be a highly compressed morning.
